STUDIO POLICIES

◇ Please be quiet and respectful when entering the studio, please be mindful in the waiting room not to disrupt the class

◇ No food/gum/drink (excluding water) in the dance area. Please be sure to bring water! If you forget your water bottle, there are some for purchase in the office. 

◇ You are responsible for your belongings! Alignment Dance Arts will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen items. 

◇ The schedule is subject to change depending on enrolment, conflicts, or age/ability 

◇ Alignment Dance Arts is not responsible and cannot be held liable for any injuries. If you have any current or past injuries please tell your teacher asap so adjustments can safely be made. If necessary, consult your doctor before attending any classes. 

◇ Please be on time and in attendance to all of your classes! Attendance is very important to the overall progress of a class. If attendance is poorly maintained, a student may not be able to progress at the level and speed of the rest of the class. 

◇ Always try your hardest!

◇ There is a 15 min window between all classes for students leaving and arriving, please be sure to arrive with enough time to get yourself organized before class begins.

◇ Alignment Dance Arts reserves the right to cancel class due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. No refunds or makeup classes will be made for cancellations due to weather. Any makeup classes will be at the discretion of each teacher. 

◇ No phones will be permitted in class unless otherwise specified by the instructor

◇ Please be kind! Alignment Dance Arts is committed to maintaining a safe, friendly, comfortable environment for all of its students. There will be zero tolerance for any bullying, discrimination, or harassment of any kind between students, parents or teachers. 

◇ Taryn and Kylie are here to support their students in any way they can. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you or your dancer ever need to chat! We want to be a constant source of support both in the studio and outside of it. 


PAYMENT POLICIES:

◇ No Refunds. 

◇ Exchanges can be made for Drop-In classes or classes that offer 6 week sessions. 

◇ All exchanges/refunds will be made on a case by case basis at the discretion of the directors.
